If you're not happy a happy customer then I'm not a happy coach. My goal is to provide my customers with quality products at a great price while providing unsurpassed customer service. The success of any business depends on satisfied customers so I will do whatever I can to make your experience with CoachGifts a perfect one. 

If you are disappointed with any item you received from us, please let me know. You can return your order for a full refund or I will replace it*. The choice is yours.

I am not aware of any other business marketing personalized products that will accept returns for a refund. CoachGifts.com makes this offer because we are confident you will be thrilled with both our products and service.


* A refund can be requested within 7 days from the delivery date. Since all products are "personalized" we cannot resell the returned items. The amount refunded will be the original purchase price for the product you ordered, less material costs and shipping. Material costs generally run about 25% of the product costs. Contact us for an exact cost for the product you are returning. A refund will be issued after we receive the returned item(s). Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note: No replacement or refunds are available for large, custom orders (36+ items) such as a product design for a tournament give-away. Once the design has been approved and we have ordered the stock for the large order, the sale is final.



Shipping Delays

No business can absolutely, positively "guarantee" on-time delivery. Any company who makes such a claim is not being honest with you.

The overwhelming majority of packages we ship are delivered “on time” without any problems. However once in a great while, delays DO occur. Delays can be caused by everything from human error (package misrouted; delivered to wrong address), to mechanical failure (break down of sorting equipment, trucks, jets etc.) to Acts-of-God (Storms, Fires, Earthquakes etc.). Whenever possible, please order well in advance of your deadline so we (and the delivery companies) have a few “extra” days to get your order to you before you must have it!

We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays that are out of our control.



No matter how hard we try to prevent mistakes – they are going to happen once in a while.

If there was an error on your order, please don’t waste your time and money to return it. Contact me first and I’ll take care of it.

If there is an error on your order, here's how we will make it right…

If the error was OURS - we will promptly correct the mistake, remake the product and ship it to you - obviously at no cost to you.

If the error was YOURS - we will promptly correct the mistake, remake the product and ship it to you. The exact replacement charge varies by product but I will never charge full price for a replacement item. The minimum shipping charge will be $4.99 but could be higher depending on the item being replaced and how quickly you need to receive it.



If item(s)in your order are damaged in shipping, let me know and I will take care of it. Please don't go to the trouble and expense to return it. If we need to get it back, I will have it picked up. Please keep the original box & packaging material until you contact me.
